Physician’s Formula Shimmer Strip Palette- Blue Eyes.

I’ve had this palette for quite a while now but it’s one of those that just sort of got tossed to the side.  I think I used it once but never got into it.  It is officially called “Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow & Liner Candy Collection” and this one is in the shade(s) for blue eyes.  

You can buy it at Ulta here, which is where I ordered it from.  They also have one for green eyes and blue eyes.  They’re currently buy one get one half off as well.  I believe they are $11, but this one is $6.

I’m glad I decided to swatch it for you guys because while it does have some cons (I’ll list below) it actually is pretty and usable.

I like the texture of the shadows once on my skin, and they look beautiful (over UDPP) but the cons are when I’m putting my brush into it to pick up the color, it seems to, instead of sort of fall out like other shadows, fall out into chunks.  Also, the packaging isn’t very good, if you’re even a tad rough with it it starts to come loose.  It is worth it for the price though.

Reminder, this is my first time ordering with Ulta.  We don’t have one close around here and so Ive never ordered from them either, I use Sephora.   

All looks good so far but I have only opened the box and taken pictures.  I’m going to play in just a bit and I’ll post again then with swatches/looks/whatever I get into lol!

I had a $50 budget.

Never tried either brand really, so figured why not.

I have a pair from sephora so I decided to add to them, my friend taught me how so I wanna have some to play around with.  I just need to DO it.  

I’ve been interested in glitter cream palettes for a while but I’m hesitant.  I went ahead and got one and I’m gonna play with it and see if I can like it.  :)

I know its hard to tell.  But I got a mini primer potion in Greed, because EVERY time I’ve gotten a mini, its been the original lol.  And a NYX glitter liner.

I’ve been eyeing this for a while, just because I’ve attracted to the teals lol.

Ulta says

that I am getting my package today.  :)  And my mom is also out shopping for a present for me because yesterday was my 3 year anniversary to a special date.  :)  

I’ll post swatches, reviews, pictures, etc.  of the products as I get, open, and use them.

When my mom gets home I’m going to the post office to mail off the products to the winner.  :)
