Melissaphora Giveaway #3- breakdown.
As usual I’m going to do a breakdown of the giveaway items here. This is my fourth giveaway (it’s #3 considering I called the last a sample exclusive whereas the 1st, 2nd, and this one are full sized + samples) and I only grow to enjoy them more. You all have been giving me input and it has helped me make things more fun and more fair. So thank you. If you have any suggestions for the next giveaway, please send me them anonymously or not in my ask box because I’m planning it but don’t have many ideas thus far. Thank you.
I kinda cut the pictures into groups of beauty, so I’ll do that here too as best as possible.
Eye items:
1 & 2. Ulta Eye Shadow brushes #1 & #2.
I ended up with double of these (I originally ordered 2 of each) because of an order I had to have re sent by Ulta a bit back, and I’m not going to get around to using them all. I do use them though and they are good brushes. I’ve had no problems with them coming apart or fraying, they’re nice stiff brushes. Great for packing on shadows on the lid.
3. NYX Glitter Liner in Disco Queen.
I never got around to using this after I bought it, and I don’t want it to go to waste. I think its very pretty but I feel I personally don’t have a use for it. The top strings came apart when I opened it so that is a fault with it. I have taken the top off to look at it but I have never used it.
4. Too Faced Shadow Insurance in Candlelight- Deluxe Sample.
I already have one of these so I don’t need another. This is a great brand of eye shadow primer, and a nice shade if you like shimmer. I have swatches of it under my swatches tab if you’d like more information.
5. Sephora Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover Deluxe Sample.
This is a makeup remover I’ve been using for the past six years or so. It works very well. Make sure you shake it first though. I put a bit on a q tip or cotton ball depending on what I’m using it for and it takes off all eye makeup. I have a full sized already so thought I’d share this deluxe sample of it since it is a product I’ve been using for years.
6. Bare Minerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara.
This is a full sized brand new mascara, worth $18 in itself. I already have a mini of it, it is a nice mascara. It does exactly what the title says, gives volume. It also separates well. I have many mini mascaras I need to go through and use or else I would keep it for myself since it is such a nice mascara. But I thought it’d be a better idea to give it away to someone that would use it up. :)
Face items:
7, 8, 9, & 10. Biore Face Strips (1) and Nose Strips (3).
I used to use these a lot, I have since moved to the brand Boscia. These do work well though and they’re fun to use.Since I’ve changed brands I have no use for them so they’re better off with someone that will use them.
11. Benefit Some Kinda-a Gorgeous.
This does not have the seal on it because I opened it to make sure the color was not usable for my skin tone. I have not touched it though, and I’ve taken a picture so you can see that it is still brand new. I bought it with a kit that came with a mini badgal lash and hoola bronzer, but kept this for a giveaway. I’ve heard great reviews about it. It isn’t my skin tone though and I also have trouble wearing foundations and concealers. I hope the winner is a match to this though, because it is a cool product.
12. Bare Minerals Purifying Facial Cleanser Deluxe Sample.
This is a nice cleanser. I already have some, so I have no need for it but it needs a good home. :)
13. Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets.
I’ve done a review on this if you want to check it out. I’ve used these for over 6 years and I love them, they’ve always been my favorite oil absorbing sheets. The only reason I’m giving them away is because the brand animal tests and I’m switching to weeding out my items of the like. It is completely sealed though as you can see and I do recommend the product itself highly.

14. One Violent Lips Silver Glitterati Tattoo
I suggest looking up videos on youtube before applying, and/or the violent lips website. As well as reading what I’ve posted above. I have yet to try mine out myself so I can’t help much. I just think they’re neat and thought since I have 3 I’d give one to the winner. :)
15. Bliss Poetic Wax Body Strip. (2)
Here are the instructions straight from the box. They come with 2 stuck together. I recommend cutting it so that your hands can actually hold it all to heat it properly. If done right they do work, just be sure to actually heat it all in your hands or else you’re going to get the stuff just stuck on your hair, and since I can’t include the oil with it it may be more difficult to get off. Used correctly though, these do work and I like them. They’re simple and effective. :)
16. 3.oz Bath & Body Works Paris Amour Body Lotion.
I personally just do not use lotion, and I don’t want this to go to waste. I have the matching perfume and it is a wonderful scent.
17, 18, 19, & 20: Sugarpill Chromalust Pigments:
I cleaned out these jars myself and then put roughly 1/2 teaspoon of each pigment in each jar. They’re filled well. These are definitely great sized samples, it took a good amount out of my big jars. But I wanted to make sure you guys got more than a couple times of use. These will give you many uses. These are authentic Sugarpill pigments. Here are more pictures so you can see they’re identical to the originals.

21. Aqualina Pink Sugar Fragrance Sample.
This is a duplicate for me, but its an interesting scent and has a cute package to boot!
22. Ulta Fresh Lilac Fragrance Spray.
This is missing a little bit, I have sprayed it a couple of times. The scent is nice, fresh and light but heavy enough to stay for a bit. I already have enough fragrances to not have a need for this though so I’d like it to go to someone that will use it.
23 & 24. Dior & Viva La Juicy Fragrance Samples.
Just two other fragrance samples for you to try out. :)

25. Lab Series 3 Part Shaving Kit Samples.
This is supposed to be “for men” but I have used it myself and it is nice. It has 3 samples in it, a pre oil, shave cream, and post shave.
26. Fresh Soy Face Cleanser.
I’ve heard good things about this. I know I won’t get around to trying it though so I’m giving it to someone that hopefully will. It is supposed to be a great cleanser.
27. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Original Sample.
This is my go to everyday, all the time eye shadow primer. I recommend it and I hope you try it and like it as well.

I received this with my purchase of a lipstick from theBalm. It seems like a nice sample if used properly, so I figured I’d share it with someone that would do so.

You rub them between your hands and warm them for about 30 seconds, pull apart, place on, rub onto skin, pull taut, and rip off in opposite direction of hair growth. They do work if used correctly. These are always nice samples, in cute packaging.

This is a 3 part sample of shaving, pre, shave, and after. It is “for men” so you can do as you please with it, I of course have used for myself the “for men” shaving samples I’ve received.

It’s only been a few days and I’m excited with every reblog for the giveaway! lol.
Any reblogs that I make (to promote it on my main blog, or get it to the current page on here) I will go back and delete before making the random.org pick. I think thats completely fair, I don’t want anyone to think that I was trying to enter (obvously I couldnt win) but still, it technically would be an “entry”. And could cause someone to be upset if they see on the screenshot they were one away.

Just a little tidbit. This is the third time I’ve had it and I generally do not get it but I did for my sisters wedding to have a perfect manicure and to have it last nicely after. Chellac, that is. :) Just wanted to let anyone that did not know about it in, and start a conversation on it if anyone wanted to chime in with their thoughts on it. I like it because it stays nice and does not chip fast like a regular french (i always get french but they do have select other colors) manicure does for me. What I do not like is how you have to rough up your real nail a little bit to put the gel on first. It doesn’t really damage my nails, but I never will get acrylics do to this so its just a thing with me. Overall I like it and will continue to get it every once in a while, but not over and over again.
